The suite was spacious and comfortable.

We arrived to chaos due to a loud event going on. The staff tried to place us in a room right above the noise, unacceptable. After much hassle, we received a third room that was a mad scramble as they had double-booked it. It was frustrating to witness such disorganization, especially when it comes to managing reservations.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 1-nights stay. The room was beautiful, spotless. The staff were polite and truly wonderful, gave us great tips. The hotel had a central location on events which disrupts residents on business trips. Further, it was right by Kampala as well as the restaurant.

Perfect for a couple's getaway

We stayed for four nights, and we were upgraded to a suite which was very spacious. The A/C worked great and the WiFi was lightning fast. The staff were friendly, when my wife wasn't feeling well, they really went out of their way to help us out, it's like they cared like family.

Not exactly cheap but still reasonable for the quality.

The food was excellent, especially the coffee, great due to the bottomless cup concept. The chef was super helpful with my dietary needs, and the dining staff were friendly and efficient. I loved the cozy, modern standard double room, completely adequate.
